Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of ArthAlert, including the ArthAlert iPhone app, website, and related services. By using ArthAlert, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ArthAlert.

What ArthAlert Provides

ArthAlert provides portfolio-first stock news, watchlist tools, broker import features, summaries, alerts, and related market information. ArthAlert is designed for informational use only.

No Investment Advice

ArthAlert does not provide investment, trading, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. News summaries, impact labels, ticker associations, alerts, and other content are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise trade any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Accounts and Device Sessions

ArthAlert may create a device-based account or session to personalize the service. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device session and for keeping your device secure. You may delete your ArthAlert account data from within the app.

Broker Connections

Broker import is optional. If you connect a broker, you authorize ArthAlert to use the credentials, authorization codes, or tokens you provide to import holdings and operate the broker import feature. You represent that you are authorized to connect the broker account and access the related data. ArthAlert does not execute trades and does not guarantee that imported holdings are complete, current, or error-free.

Market Data and News

ArthAlert may use third-party news sources, exchange announcements, broker APIs, AI processing, and other services. Market news can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. ArthAlert does not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery timing, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information.

Notifications

Push notifications are optional and may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or unavailable. Do not rely on ArthAlert notifications for time-sensitive trading, financial, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ArthAlert for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or compromise ArthAlert or its backend systems.
• Submit broker credentials or account data that you are not authorized to use.
• Use ArthAlert to violate third-party terms, rights, or applicable laws.

Third-Party Services

ArthAlert may link to or integrate with third-party websites, brokers, news providers, cloud services, advertising providers, and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ArthAlert is not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual Property

ArthAlert, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by ArthAlert or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from ArthAlert except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ArthAlert at any time. We may also update these Terms. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Disclaimer

ArthAlert is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArthAlert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, trading losses, investment losses, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of ArthAlert.
